Healthy Tuna Salad

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 cans tuna (drained)
  • 1 cup onion diced
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 1.5 tbsp lime juice
  • fresh parsley to taste
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Sriracha chili sauce (or hot sauce, to taste)


  • Mash avocado and combine with tuna, onion, and celery.
  • Once combined, stir in the lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, and parsley.
  • Top with hot sauce and serve cold.
