Muesli Chia Pudding
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Paleo Muesli
- 2 scoops Vital Proteins collagen peptides
- 1 tsp Carob Powder
- Add all of the ingredients together and stir really well to avoid any clumps of chia seeds.
- Leave them overnight in a sealed container (I prefer to use a mason jar).
- Top them with some more muesli the next day or any other toppings of choice and enjoy!
