  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chili pepper flakes or more to taste

  • Brown the meat then add as much of the spices as you like. I like a lot of seasoning so I add a ton!

Never in my life did I think I would be teaching a megaformer class but I’m so glad that after coaching kids’ swimming lead to coaching Ironman competitors and later lead me to coach group fitness.
