Keto Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • .5 cup monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350*F.
  • Combine monk fruit sweetener, egg and peanut butter. Mix very well.
  • Roll into 12-15 1" balls and place on a parchment paper lined cookie tray.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes.
  • Let cool, ENJOY!
