Poverty Protein Brownie
- 2 tbsp protein powder vanilla
- 2 tbsp casein protein
- t tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cacao powder
- .5 tsp stevia
- .5 cup water
- Mix all ingredients in a mug or microwave safe cereal bowl until batter-like consistency forms.
- Microwave for 60 seconds. Keep your eyes on the bowl/mug as the batter sometimes has a tendency to overflow.
