Poverty Protein Brownie

  • 2 tbsp protein powder vanilla
  • 2 tbsp casein protein
  • t tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • .5 tsp stevia
  • .5 cup water


  • Mix all ingredients in a mug or microwave safe cereal bowl until batter-like consistency forms.
  • Microwave for 60 seconds. Keep your eyes on the bowl/mug as the batter sometimes has a tendency to overflow.
  • Let cool. ENJOY!
