Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • .5 cup peanut butter
  • 1 TBSP chia seeds
  • .5 cup ground flax
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • .5 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
  • .5 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Pour all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir using rubber spatula.
  • Using your hands, form 12 1/2" balls.
  • Place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
