Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp avocado oil or ghee
  • 16 oz broccoli chopped into florets
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425*F
  • In a large bowl or tupperware container, place broccoli florets. Drizzle with avocado oil or melted ghee, salt, pepper and garlic. Mix well so all of the broccoli is evenly coated. 
  • Spread broccoli evenly on a baking sheet. 
  • Roast for 25-30 min. 
  • Enjoy!
