Zucchini Noodle Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs ground beef
  • .5 cup onion diced
  • .25 cup celery diced
  • 1.5 cup zucchini grated (aka. zucchini noodles)
  • 2 cup marinara sauce no sugar added
  • .5 cup carrot grated
  • 1 tsp basil dried
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • In a large skillet cook diced onion and celery for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  • Add ground beef and cook until no pink remains.
  • Add marinara sauce, carrots, zucchini, basil, salt and pepper.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes then remove from heat.
  • Allow to cool then enjoy!
