    My fitness journey has come a long way from pretending to know how to use free weights and eating bojangles everyday to thinking critically about my week, my workouts, and my food by planning my weeks ahead. Group fitness used to intimidate me and now it fuels me. Never in my life did I think I would be teaching a megaformer class but I’m so glad that after coaching kids’ swimming lead to coaching Ironman competitors and later lead me to coach group fitness.
