Erin is a Registered Dietitian and Yoga Instructor (RYT-200) in Charlotte, NC. She earned her Master’s in Nutrition from Winthrop University and B.A. in Journalism from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Erin empowers her clients to make smart food choices, own their actions and find their healthiest, happiest selves through nutrition counseling and education providing only the most up to date, evidence-based nutrition information. She also teaches private yoga lessons to help clients manage stress, improve strength, flexibility and emotional wellness. Her passion for helping others discover their healthiest, best life inspired her to create Planks & Pizza, a business focused on spreading the word that you can create the healthiest version of yourself without compromising your happiness or sacrificing the things you love.
