Full time nanny and fitness enthusiast. I’ve been a yogi for going on 4 years and have enjoyed group fitness (more specifically spin/cycle) in the past. I started working with a personal trainer in January 2018 and the momentum from trying new workouts has exploded since then. I have a newfound love for boxing and branching out of my comfort zone.
