A native North Carolinian, Sarah spent 10+ years in design industry before taking the leap to pursue a full time career in fitness. After having her third son in 2009, she realized that self-care was key to being able to offer her best self to the people she loved the most, and she wanted to provide no-excuse opportunities for other women to take control of their health. Sarah is a personal trainer, yoga instructor, running coach and group fitness instructor, but no matter what she’s teaching, she’ll always train the whole person…mind, body and spirit! She believes that whenever we neglect one part of the person, the other parts also suffer. There’s no such thing as selective training. Work, play, rest and connection are all equally important.
