Our classes are innovative and unique fusing different popular workouts into single great classes. Our cycling classes, different from any other indoor cycling classes/spin classes in Charlotte, are led on RealRyder Indoor Cycles. On RealRyders, you tilt and lean with the bike giving the fluid sensation of an outdoor bike, achieve a full body workout, and burn 20% more calories than you would on a traditional stationary indoor bike.
RIDE TO THE CIRCUIT
Ride to the Circuit is a challenging, stimulating mash-up class where half of your time is spent in The Ride and half of your time is spent circuit training: building strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, and more. Bring your tennis shoes!
RIDE TO THE BARRE
Ride to the Barre is an invigorating mash-up class where half of your time is spent in The Ride and half your time is spent at the barre lengthening, strengthening, and pulsing. Sweat, tone, sculpt.
RIDE TO THE FIGHT
Ride to the Fight is a cardio-filled high energy mash-up class where half of your time is spent in The Ride and half of your time is spent kickboxing. Build muscle, burn calories, punch things, and get your mind right. Bring your tennis shoes!
The Ride is an interactive metrics-based cycling class moving and weaving you through exciting virtual worlds, pushing you to be better than you were yesterday. You’ll be driven by music, you’ll be driven by speed, you’ll be driven by heart rate, and you’ll be driven by the desire to set your own record each and every ride. Each class closes with an upper body band workout hitting your core and arms before we send you on your way.
The Circuit is a fast-paced, compressed, high energy class delivering an effective strength and cardio circuit workout in less time to get you in, sweaty, out, and on your way. All we need is 30 minutes.
Beat Yoga is beat-based yoga class that combines all of the awesome benefits of yoga with the high energy of a dance class. In this class, you’re going to be moving, lengthening, and shaking your tush. Come dance and stretch with us and we promise you’ll be hooked after your first class. BRING A MAT!
Candlelight Stretch brings relief and supplements your fitness routine giving you time to slow down, breathe, and treat yourself to a slow, deep, candlelit stretch. We’ll help you bring your body and mind back in line. BRING A MAT!
